Ben is a former Partner in Corporate Finance at RSM and was focused on supporting and managing local and cross-border transactions as well as leading M&A and capital advisory transactions. His clients include both private and public companies across a variety of industries. He leverages the firm’s full suite of services ranging from transaction advisory to assurance and tax structuring, driving value to all stakeholders in corporate finance mandates.

He has worked on numerous healthcare and life sciences transactions including:

• Advisory services for pharma company – various (EV at completion ~$1B)
• Capital raising for start-up telemedicine provider – $1M
• Capital raising for an imaging services provider – $5M
• M&A Advisory services for home healthcare services company – $10M
• Capital raising for digital health technology – $2M
• M&A advisory for cosmeceuticals company – $30M

In 2021, Ben left RSM and launched his on VC fund focused on providing equity and alternative capital through a limited partnership / co-investment structure to enterprises focused on the sustainable food system. Additional support will be provided to portfolio companies through business planning, strategy and growth advisory services.
